Dr. Turner is the Executive Director of the National Social Norms Institute and of the Department of Student Health, and Professor of Clinical Internal Medicine, at the University of Virginia. He completed medical school at the University of Wisconsin and internal medicine residency at the University of Virginia. His professional areas of interest have included health policy development in the area of vaccine preventable diseases, and research on methodologies of reducing high-risk behaviors of college students. Dr. Turner currently serves as a liaison representative to the CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization practices on behalf of the American College Health Association.

Jennifer Bauerle grew up in Charlottesville but moved west to southern California to attend California State University at Long Beach, where she received her undergraduate degree. Her heart called her back here, and she received her doctorate in Program Evaluation at UVa. Jennifer has developed and implemented health programs utilizing social marketing concepts in substance abuse prevention. She is on the University Alcohol Advisory Committee and is the Chair for the Charlottesville Albemarle Prevention Coalition. Outside from work she loves to run and play with Bernie, her dog.

Adrienne Keller is the Director of Research for the National Social Norms Institute. She is an Associate Professor at the University of Virginia and also Director of Evaluation for the University of Virginia's Center for Alcohol and Substance Education. Adrienne has over 25 years experience in community research and program evaluation in the United States and Canada, including working with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Lydia Killos earned her PhD in Psychology from the University of Virginia.   Her primary research focus involves associations between community contextual factors and variance in adolescent outcomes, particularly youth engagement in risk-taking behaviors.  Lydia is a registered yoga teacher and enjoys teaching and practicing Ashtanga yoga.
